Audience Profile - Consumers

Consumers come from a wide variety of technical knowledge, product knowledge, and product experience. They can be beginners looking for complete feature details, or power-users looking for a specific answer.

For this audience, it’s important to take this variety into account. Answer the five ‘w’s and ‘h’ to account for each learner’s level of experience, with a table of contents at the beginning to help experienced users navigate to the answer they are looking for. Voice should be casual and engaging. Depending on the age of your audience, you can add humor.
